She was predeceased by : her parents, Gardner Ruggles and Sara Leonard Ruggles; her husband John Joseph Devine, Sr.; and her daughter Colleen Abeel. She is survived by : her son John J. Devine, Jr. (JoAnne Lanne); her grandchildren, Tammy Devine (Ann), Beth Minervini (Mike), Erin Grogan (Bill), Meghan Kephart (John), John Devine (Melissa) and Kate Wilson (Matt); her great grandchildren, Samuel, Michael, Brandon, Matthew, Justin, Abigail, Allison, Isaiah, Maxwell, Madison, Elijah, Natalie, John, Glory and Isabelle; and her brothers, John, Lawrence and Arthur William Ruggles. She is also survived by 2 nieces and several nephews.
