He is survived by : his parents, Alphons Rudolph Walter and Margaret MacMillan Walter; his former life partner Edna Van Duzee; his niece Margaret Valiante of Scottsdale, AZ; his nephews, Andrew Walter of Oceanside, Jim Walter of Oak Park and Bill Walter of Union; and his stepchildren, Barbara Jean Michelin of Wappingers Falls, NY and Robin Van Duzee of Brigantine, NJ.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and 3 great, great nieces.
