He was predeceased by: his parents, Bart Gaffney and Mary Rose Gaffney; and his parents-in-law, Myron R and Ruth White. He is survived by: his siblings, William Gaffney (Bette) and Monica Carey (Jim); his wife Carolyn Gaffney (White); his children, Paula Harvey (Bill), Martha Mack (Allen) and John Gaffney (Cathy); his grandchildren, David Mack (Cheryl), Sarah Morse (Josh), Billy Harvey (Sarah), Jimmy Harvey (Martha) and Mary Rose Gaffney; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Sam, Charlotte, Cameron, Aiden, Billdan, Kate and Jay; his brother Jim Gaffney (Gloria); and his brother-in-law Myron White (Janet).
