He is survived by: his children, Richard Stanton (Susan) of Prattsburg, NY, Lorie Mosbacher (Paul) of Wayland, Elaine Hicks (Michael) of Valoise, NY, Susan L. Stanton of Honeoye Falls, NY, Michelle Wrightman (Jeff) of Kentucky and Shirley Bottomley of Hornell. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
John's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Hornell Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell, NY 14843.
