With solemn reverence, we commemorate Francis Polizio of Port Chester, New York, whose life came to an end on November 7, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Francis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Polizio and Juliette MacNamara Polizio. He is survived by: his sister Eva Polizio Gilarde (Vincent Gilarde); his nephew Matthew Gilarde; his close friend Niki Sacco; his niece Trina Gilarde Camarao (Antonio Camarao); his great-nephews, Luke and Carlos; his niece Renee Gilarde; Vinnie Mae Gilarde. He is also survived by many cousins and good friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Union Cemetery (4 North St, Rye, NY 10580).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Francis may be made to the Port Chester Historical Society PO box 1511 Port Chester, NY 10573.
