He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Hildreth Moss; his parents, Wallace Leland Hildreth and Elizabeth Vail Hildreth; and his siblings, Ruth Hildreth Wiggins, Wilbur Leland Hildreth (Will), Elizabeth Hildreth Thayer (Betty) and Charles Edward Hildreth (Ed).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewis Hildreth; his daughter Deborah Hildreth Phelps; his grandchildren, Bree Moss, Eric Moss and Eleanor Phelps (Sister); his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Moss and Rowan Moss; his son-in-law John Moss; and his sister Mary Louise Hildreth Leonard (Mimi).
