He is survived by: his wife Darlene Joy Bigler; his siblings, Dora Hulbert of Canisteo and Henry; and his sisters-in-law, Millie Hulbert of Troupsburg and Ann Hulbert of Troupsburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
