She was predeceased by : her parents, John Palma and Carmella Palma (Terranova); her husband Phil; her brother John "Buttsy" Palma; and her brother-in-law C. J. Terricola.

She is survived by : her daughters, Phyllis Johnson (Don) and Linda Terricola; her granddaughter Wendy McGrath (Jason); her great grandchild Henry Philip McGrath; her sister-in-law Lena Terricola; her niece Connie Terricola; and her nephew Terry Terricola.

In lieu of floral offerings, it is the wish of the family that memorial donations may be made in Josie's name to either the Catholic Church in St. Johnsville or to St. Johnsville Ambulance.
