He was predeceased by: his father Joseph L. Pratt; and his brother Kevin Pratt. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Stevens Pratt of Scio; his wife Elizabeth A. "Buffy" Callen; his son Joseph O. Pratt (Alacia) of Friendship; his brothers, Dana Pratt of Belmont, Gregory Pratt (Amy) of Binghamton and Stephen Pratt (Lisa) of Eldred; and his sister-in-law Colleen Stannard (Keith) of Ovid. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc. (9 Bull, Cuba, NY 14727). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home (9 Bull, Cuba, NY 14727).
