We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 95, Martin Zawatski of Salamanca, New York, born in Kill Buck, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Martin Zawatski to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Zawatski and Anna Brol Zawatski; his close friend Mildred C. Quattrone; and his siblings, Victoria Derival, Adam, Andrew, Mike, Steve, Stan and John Zawatski.

He is survived by : his children, Darla Rau (Eric) of Scio, NY, Jody Zawatski Trummer of Salamanca, NY, Randy Quattrone of Little Valley, NY and Bruce Quattrone (Terri) of Laurel, MD. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home (25 River St, Salamanca, NY 14779). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Our Lady of Peace Parish (274 Broad St, Salamanca, NY 14779).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Salamanca Rail Museum, 170 Main Street, Salamanca, NY, Meals on Wheels Program, Salamanca Historical Society, 125 Main Street, Salamanca, NY, or a charity of the donor's choice.
