He is survived by: his parents, James H. Bolinsky and Pamela J. Reyell; his sisters, Kayla L. Hockenberger and Kristina M. Hockenberger; his godparents, Clifford and Linda Reyell (Perkins); and his niece Shelby. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
