He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Smart of Lake Placid; his children, Lorrie of Great Barrington, MA, Kenneth of Cincinnati, OH and James of Peru, NY; and his stepdaughter Deborah Amis of Encinitas, CA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren as well as 1 great grandchild.
