It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia A. Nortz of Saratoga Springs, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Thater and Norma Thater. She is survived by : her children, Edward, James (Dana) and Cari (Rob); and her grandchildren, Bree, Mia, Ian and Ayssa.
