She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond McGuirk and Jean McGuirk (Hardisty). She is survived by: her husband Brian O'Connell; her sons, James of Wilton, NY and Thomas O'Connell of Wilton, NY; and her brother Michael McGuirk (Amanda Gabbard-McGuirk) of Ridgefield, CT. She is also survived by cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Home (628 N Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library (imaginationlibrary.com) or the Saratoga SNACpack Program (saratogasnackpack.org), causes that reflect Elizabeth's commitment to supporting children and families in need.
