It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Charles Ryan of Saratoga Springs, New York, who passed away on September 12, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Ryan and Margaret Carmel Ryan (Potter); his sister Maureen Carr (Ryan); and his son Peter Ryan. He is survived by: his brother Kevin Ryan; and his children, Rebecca Ryan Kern (Gregory), James Ryan (Karen) and Courtney Fenyo (Christopher). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Cadet Chapel (722 Derussy Rd, West Point, NY 10996).
