He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor and Marion (Snyder). He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Hazard (Mary Jo), Mary Jane Anderson (Frank), John Hazard (Dorothy), Joseph Hazard (Debra), Alice Dennis (Gary) and Michael Hazard (Tammy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
