With solemn reverence, we commemorate Joseph A. Casale of Saratoga Springs, New York, whose life came to an end on July 18, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Earl Hoosier; his parents, Edo Casale and Margaret Casale (Piscione); his brothers, Tony Casale and Chick Piscione; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Casale and Margaret Piscione; his sisters, Marianne Ray and Frances Rando; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Rando, Robert Pape (Rose Pape) and Joseph Pape.
He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Carter (Tom Camardello), Marianne Hoosier and Joseph Casale (Ruth Greminger); and his grandchildren, Stefanie Carter, Kaleigh Carter (Ryan Reavey), Tyler Hoosier (Brittany), Benjamin and Haley Casale.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home (203 Second Ave, Frankfort, NY 13340). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Church (219 N Bellinger St, Herkimer, NY 13350). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Herkimer Professional Firefighters Local #2484 Monument Fund, 125 N. Washington Street, Herkimer, NY 13350.
