He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Groff and Thelma Groff; and his brother-in-law Carl Schober. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Alicia (Mark) and Mandy (Bill); his grandsons, Otis (Abby), Cole and Brady; and his siblings, Howard (Cindy), Peggy and Debbie (Tracy).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William J. Burke & Sons Funeral Home (628 N Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Greenridge Cemetery (17 Green Ridge Pl, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866).
