He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Emma Nash and James George Demetras. He is survived by: his siblings, George, Erving, Ronald and Florence Sherman; his brother-in-law Roger E. Sherman; and his siblings' children, Cheryl Sherman, Kathryn Clark and Roger M. Sherman. He is also survived by 4 grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, his family suggests memorial donations may be made in his name to a veteran's organization of your choice or to The Home of the Good Shepard.
