Rose M. (Terlizzi) Verro Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose M. (Terlizzi) Verro of Saratoga Springs, New York, who passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Terlizzi and Frances Terlizzi (DiTore); her husband James D. Verro, Sr.; and her siblings, Michael, Luis, Danny Terlizzi and Annette Monayudas (Terlizzi).
She is survived by: her cousin RoseMarie Fortunata; her sons, James Verro (Maryann) and Vincent; her daughters-in-law, Colleen Verro and Lorinda McDonald (Mark); her grandchildren, Anne Cohen (Taylor), Joseph and Anthony Verro; her great grandchildren, Grayson and Graham Cohen; and her friend Kathy Brower. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William J. Burke & Sons Funeral Home (628 N Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Clement's Church (231 Lake Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at the St. Peter's Cemetery (150 West Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Catholic Charities of Saratoga Warren and Washington Counties, 142 Regent St., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
