It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William R. Bergan of Saratoga Springs, New York, born in Auburn, New York, who passed away on May 18, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles E. Bergan and Vivian Bergan (Stickle). He is survived by : his wife Jennifer Jensen Bergan; his children, William (Rosanne), James (Mary), Ryan (Iride) and Mckenzie (Alan); his grandchildren, William, Caroline, John, Jimmy, Michael, Liam, Quinn, Shamus and Ronan; his siblings, Robert Bergan and Cynthia Stanton; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, his brothers and sisters-in-law.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the St. Therese Chapel (1 Wilton Gansevoort Rd, Gansevoort, NY 12831). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

At the family's request, memorial contributions may be made to the Saratoga County Animal Shelter, 6010 County Farm Road, Ballston Spa, New York 12020, in memory of William R. "Bill" Bergan.
