He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Konopka and Norma Konopka; and his sister Cindy Caporale. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Konopka (Viren) of Washington and Anthony "TJ" Konopka (Erin) of Latham; his siblings, Walter Konopka of Lake Katrine and Patricia Braden of Saugerties; and his grandchildren, Ella Konopka and Ronan Shah.
