He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester W. Lowery and Mary Lowery (Frazer); and his brothers-in-law, Roger and Robert Wood. He is survived by : his wife Lorraine Lowery; his children, Michael S. (Beth Martinac), Amy James, Kyle Lowery (Destinee) and Frank Bartlett (Timber); his grandchildren, Owen Catchman, Hayden and Ryleigh Bartlett; his siblings, James Lowery (Emily), Kay Kennedy (Wayne) and Barbara Teeter (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Brian Wood (Celin), Larry Comfort (Lynn), Susan Bocek (Jim) and Wendy Wheaton Wood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
