She is survived by: her daughters, Grace Lily and Molly Rose; her parents, Michael Nicosia and Marcella Nicosia of East Patchogue; her sisters, Laurin Clemens (Jim) of Central Islip and Erin Lennon (Christian) of Patchogue; her former husband Christopher; Phyllis Kern of Sayville, Joe (Maria) of Bayport, Olivia, Aidan and Amelia.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Homes (245 Main St, West Sayville, NY 11796). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Lawrence RC Church (240 W Main St, Sayville, NY 11782).
