She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Caralivanos and Maria Caralivanos; her daughter Donna; and her grandsons, Matthew Goff, Baby Jr. and Johnson I..

She is survived by : her former life partner Gerard Harkins; her daughters, Diane Goff (Josh Mendez) of Sayville and Debra Johnson (John) of Mastic; her grandchildren, Donna (Derek Rathbun), Meghan and Josh Mendez Jr.; her great grandchildren, Mya and Bennett Matthew; and her siblings, Manny Caralivanos and Lee Rozakis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
