We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2024, at the age of 92, James J. Legere of Scotia, New York, born in Schenectady, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his son Terence Legere. He is survived by : his wife Jeanette Legere (Erickson); his children, Daniel Legere (Christina) and Colleen Legere; his daughter-in-law Beth Legere; his grandchildren, Benjamin Legere (Janine), Hanna Legere, Sophia Legere and Ethan Sumner-Legere (Caitlyn); and his great grandchild Maxine Legere. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Contribution can be made in James' memory to Community Hospice or to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
