She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Lisa Howard (John) and John Carlino (Louisa); her grandchildren, Keith Howard, Jack Carlino, Joey Carlino, John Carlino and James Carlino; and her siblings, Madeline Mahlan and Arthur Forte.
