She was predeceased by: her parents, George Purvis and Justine Purvis; her husband Robert Thompson; her sons, Matthew and Paul; her sisters, Mollie Brown, Joan Dash and Margaret Nickelsen; and her close friend Irene Ottusch.
She is survived by: her sister Patricia Purvis; her children, Anne Thompson and Mark Thompson (Nancy); her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Sarah), Katherine Thompson, Daniel (Kaitlin) and Megan Coughlin (Joseph Daxberger); and her great grandchildren, Liam and Caroline Coughlin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and godchildren.
