He was predeceased by: his wife Kit; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen, Jill (Gregg) and Mary (Derek); his grandchildren, Jack, Grace, Declan, Ryan and Molly; and his siblings, Virginia (Jonathan) and Steven (Theresa). He is also survived by siblings in law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
