Whitlow of Seaford, New York, born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Whitlow and Georgia Whitlow (Patteson); his wife Anna Whitlow; and his brother Clarence Whitlow, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Georgianna Schenkel (William); and his granddaughters, Sara Schenkel and Katie Schenkel.
