It is with great sadness that I announce the death of Patricia Piacente, 51, of Selden N.Y. passed away on Wednesday August 1st, 2018 at Stony Brook, hospital in Stony Brook, N.Y. County Of Suffolk. Leaving to Mourn with family and friends. She is survived by her Daughter's Melanie Skapinski, Casey Skapinski, Alexa Skapinski and her Son Nicolas Percolle of suffolk County N.Y. Along with her Siblings: Brother's: Dennis Piacente, and Butch Piacente, Sister's: Joanne Piacente, Nancy Piacente and Debra Piacente of Suffolk County. and her ex Husband: Keith Skapinski of Suffolk County, N.Y. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one.
