He was predeceased by: his siblings, John and Susan. He is survived by: his parents, William J. and Jean A. Walsh Tobin; his sister Sheila Pugliese of Milford, CT; his nieces and nephews, Marty, Shannon, Makayla and Joey; and also Bill. He is also survived by his cousins and many friends.
