We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2025, at the age of 93, Edward Andrew Geier Jr. of Shirley, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Geier, Sr. and Bernice Geier (Van Cise); and his siblings, John "Jack" Geier and Doris "Jill" Finnegan. He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Ketchum); his children, Kathryn Butler (David) of Rockville, MD, Stephen (Barbara) of Annapolis, MD, Daniel (Lisa) of Lynchburg, VA and David (Patricia) of Webster, NY; his grandchildren, Kristen Talcott (Corey), Brendan Butler, Jeffrey Geier, Adam Geier, Brian Ross (Lauren), Christopher Geier, Zachary Geier, Timothy Geier (Haley), Kaitlin Bradley (Nate) and Andrew Geier; and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Emily Talcott.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church (4115 Dewey Ave, Rochester, NY 14616).
