She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moore and Louise Moore; and her sister Rebecca Moore. She is survived by: her children, Michael Vaughn (Tracy Dupee) and Janet Haigh (William); her grandchildren, Lindsay Haigh, Allison Haigh, Charles Haigh and Piper Vaughn; her siblings, Ronald Moore (Nancy) and Renee Moore; and the father of her children William Vaughn. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Rachel's honor in support of fundraising activities for youth sports programs in your local community.
