He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Maxon and Marguerite Cross (Vogler); his wife Suzanne Lipe Cross; his daughter Eloise Hoyt; and his brothers, Douglas and Edwin.
He is survived by: his children, Charles T., Donald E. (Heidi), Brenda DeVreugd, Debra Cross Rogers (Edward) and Allison L. Cross; and his sisters, Marilyn Salvie (Raymond) and Linda Kick (Bob). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
