He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Demarest and Eileen Demarest. He is survived by: his wife Maire Ullrich; his children, Dr. Caitlin Demarest, Brianna Demarest of Albany, NY, Liam Demarest of Denver, CO, Dermott Demarest of Laramie, WY and Onoria Demarest of Slate Hill, NY; his grandchildren, Tristyn Malesick, Julian Malesick and Johnathon Kevin Brojakowski; and his siblings, Joseph Demarest (Joanne), Maureen McMahon (Gerard) of Lindenhurst, NY and Patricia Demarest Weaver (Dennis) of Panama City, FL. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews, grand nieces & grand nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Inc. Funeral Home (26 Grove St, Middletown, NY 10940). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (626 County Rd 22, Middletown, NY 10940).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kevin's name may be made to Boys Town or the American Cancer Society.
