She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary LaVignera and Frank LaVignera; her husband Alfred J Cossavella; her siblings, Caroline and Anthony; and her grandparents, Nonna and Poppy.
She is survived by: her children, William (Barbara) and Janet (Christopher); her grandchildren, James (Carolyn), Danielle (Clayton), Julianne (Bradley), Catherine and Ryan (Katherine); and her great grandchildren, Liam, Cora and Olivia.
