He was predeceased by: his wife Ginny; his brothers, Leonard, Paul and Alan; his granddaughter Marvin; and also, Marvelous and Buns.
He is survived by: his parents, Sam Katz and Molly Grumet; his children, Howard Katz (Anna), Ted Katz, Melanie Doty (Jeff) and Barbra Hur; his grandchildren, Sierra, Felicia, Zack, Stacey and Jason; his great grandchildren, Madison, Xavier and Bella; and his sister Rene (Weston). He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
