Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Fives Smithtown Funeral Home (31 Landing Avenue, Smithtown, NY 11787). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. Patrick R. C. Church (280 E Main St, Smithtown, NY 11787).
