It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia D. Melvin of Smithtown, New York, who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Gerald Melvin, Jr.; her children, Kevin Melvin (Reni), Kathleen McCourt (Bobby) and Kristine Melvin-Denenberg (Paul Micciche); her grandchildren, Sam, Hannah, Sean, Ryan, Jenni (Steph) and Chris (Tracy); her great grandchildren, MaKenna, Lexi, Hayden, Lily and Luke; and her brother Michael Pennessi (Melissa).
