He is survived by : his children, Eric Earl Phillips, Allen Michael Phillips and Elizabeth Phillips; his stepdaughter Jasmine Blackmer; his grandchildren, Cole Phillips, Quinten Straight, Elizabeth DelRio and Ava Phillips; his mother Anita Phillips; his siblings, Wayne Phillips, Juanita Phillips, Venita Phillips, Janita Phillips and Lanitajean Reed Phillips; and his friend Jamie Diffee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
