It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melanie Kay Nickolaus of South Glens Falls, New York, born in Cheyenne, Wyoming, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernard Streeter and Virginia Streeter (Dagne); and her husband Bernd Nickolaus. She is survived by : her sons, Philip Manitta and Rocco Manitta (Tammy). She is also survived by extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Capital City Rescue Mission would greatly honor Melanie's memory, a charity dear to her heart.
