We bid farewell to Frederick W. Gies Jr. of South New Berlin, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 2, 2025 at the age of 78. Frederick touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick W. Gies, Sr. and Dorothy Gies (Greene); his grandchildren, Shinna, Shaylee and Anthony; and his brother William "Billy" Silva.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his daughters, Patricia Leach (William), Bonnie Downing (Martin), Kimberly Gies (Randy Nason) and Julie Gies; and his siblings, Richard Gies and Dorothy Silva. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
