He is survived by : his wife Gail; his children, Ann Marie Novotny (Ron) and Ashley Sackett; his son-in-law Martin LuSoto; his grandchildren, Joseph, Sam Novotny, Andrew and Grace Tomczak; his brother Michael Sackett (LuAnn); his nephew Joel Sackett; and his nieces, Beth Schultz and Emily Sackett.
