He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Foley Jr. and Rose Artinian Foley. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen E. Kulas (Jeffrey) of Freehold, NY, Sharon A. Foley (Valerie), Catherine M. Gauthier (William), David M. Foley (Denise) and Troy; his goddaughter Kate Kulas; and his pets, Rufus, Roxie and Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. (276 Pawling Ave, Troy, NY 12180). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Church (55 N Lake Ave, Troy, NY 12180).
