He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe "Lupe"; his children, Sean Cummings, Kerrin Cummings, Shannon Cummings (Mike Baccari), Dorina Hayes (John) and Jessica Moore (Michael); his grandchildren, Hailey Webb, Marie Chernjavsky (Benjamin), Kathryn Hayes, Matthew Hayes, John Hayes, Lauren Hayes, Monica Hayes, Samantha Hayes and Isabella Moore; his great grandchild Felicity Chernjavsky; his sisters, Judy Chetwin (Cliff) and Barb Cummings (Ellen Burns); and his niece Jeni Chetwin.
