He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Heagerty and Margaret Heagerty; his sister Anne (William Martin); and his siblings-in-law, James Walsh and Cathy Heagerty.
He is survived by: his siblings, David, Richard (Nikki), John (Connie) and Peggy Walsh; his sons, Kevin (Amanda) and Sean (Brittany); his grandchildren, Collin, Lukas, Rylan and Kenzi; his siblings-in-law, Leo McKinney Jr. (Joan), Sue, Sharon Stein (Bernie), Jane Schworm (Roger), Julie Call (Peter) and Mary Bennett (Bill); and his son Nhut Air Base. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
