Jay L. Wayda Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jay L. Wayda of Spencerport, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wayda and Marilyn Wayda; his sister Carol Brown; his nephew Paul J. Wayda; and his sister-in-law Leslie Wayda.
He is survived by: his close friend Renee Fromm; his daughter Lisa Wayda (Dustin Panebianco); his stepdaughter Shelby Fromm (Nola Provost); his siblings, Jack Wayda, Kevin Wayda, Connie Doherty (Patrick) and Paul Wayda (Cyndi); and his siblings' children, Brittany Doherty, RJ Freeman, Nicholas D'Angelo and Joshua Wayda.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James R. Gray Funeral Home (1530 Buffalo Rd, Rochester, NY 14624).
