She was predeceased by : her husband Richard "Dick" Brown; her son Timothy O'Hara; and her brother Daniel Hollingsworth. She is survived by : her daughter Kathleen "Kelly" O'Hara; her stepchildren, Steve Brown (Krissy), Marge Cliff (John Mulhern) and Sue Case; her grandchildren, Nicholas Lemcke, Shaun Cliff (Lorna Gingo), Brian Cliff (Nicole), Rachael Brown, Jenna Brown and Sam Case; and her sister Pat Hollingsworth (Galatzer). She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.

Donations may be made to the American Legion Auxiliary Post #330, 691 Trimmer Road, Spencerport, NY 14559 in Karen's Memory.
