He was predeceased by : his parents, Onalee Zurick (Soles) and William Zurick; his brother Roger Zurick (Cynthia); and his siblings-in-law, Karen Hancock (Gales) and Roger Gales (Susan).
He is survived by : his wife Linda Zurick (Gales); his children, Lori Zurick (Michael Pierce) and David Zurick; and his siblings, James Zurick (Rosemary), Raymond Zurick (Carol), Martha Moats Zurick (Omer) and Candace Girardi (Michael).
